The New EDGE's trendy and eye-catching design comes well equipped.
The all new Elcon EDGE vertical panel saw was developed from scratch. It features a new and lighter frame, but it is still as rigid as its bigger brothers, ensuring a long life span while maintaining accuracy. The EDGE comes with an automatic shifting back frame to prevent damage to the support strips. The shifting is done electrically with actuators, so no compressed air is needed.
The EDGE also includes XXL support blocks, large diameter foot-operated bottom rollers, and a user-friendly mid fence to work ergonomically in a standing position. A 3 kW (S6) motor to cut through 60 mm panels and manual scoring are part of the standard package. For workshops with limited ceiling height or for working with small panel sizes, the EDGE comes in four different heights, ranging from 125 cm up to 155, 185, and 220 cm. Standard cutting lengths are 3,300 cm (125, 155 and 185) and 4,300 cm (220).
